The Bundle Club — Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement
By registering as an affiliate of The Bundle Club, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility
The affiliate program is open to individuals and businesses worldwide. You must be 18 years or older to participate.

3. Commission Structure
Affiliates earn 50% commission on every sale generated through their unique referral link — $48.50 per sale at the current bundle price of $97 USD. Collaborators are assigned a 70% commission rate — $67.90 per sale — which is applied manually by The Bundle Club upon confirmation of collaborator status. If you recruit sub-affiliates through your referral link, you earn an additional 20% on every sale they generate. Sub-affiliates earn 50%.

4. Tracking & Attribution
Sales are tracked via your unique affiliate link through iDevAffiliate. You are responsible for ensuring your link is used correctly in all promotional activity. The Bundle Club is not liable for sales that cannot be tracked due to incorrect link usage.

5. Payouts
All commissions are paid within 14 days of June 1, 2026, via PayPal. You are responsible for providing accurate payment details in your affiliate account. The Bundle Club is not responsible for failed payments resulting from incorrect information.

6. Refunds
If a buyer requests a refund, the corresponding commission will be voided or deducted from your payout.

7. Promotional Activity
You agree to promote The Bundle Club honestly and in accordance with all applicable laws, including Australian Consumer Law. You must not make false or exaggerated claims about the bundle or its products.

8. Termination
The Bundle Club reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at its discretion. Upon termination, any unpaid commissions for verified sales will still be honoured unless the termination is due to fraudulent activity.

9. Relationship
Participation in the affiliate program does not create an employment, partnership or agency relationship between you and The Bundle Club.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

11. Changes to Terms
The Bundle Club reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued participation in the affiliate program constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
